Ruby and Charlie, pictured above, are both SHR titled in HRC and are two of our top Boykins. Boykin Spaniels are truly the most versatile dog you can find. They are at home in the duck marsh, the pheasant field, the grouse woods or as a companion dog by the home fire. They have a big heart and light spirit and will surprise you with their intelligence and trainability. We strongly encourage all Boykin owners not only to hunt with their dogs, but also to train and enter them in hunt tests or competitions. This will not only make them a better hunter, but will also show how much the Boykin can do.

Nellie, pictured above, is SHR titled and is one of our best breeding Boykins. All or our Boykins are x-rayed for hip dysplasia and are certified with the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) with good hips. We also have Rudy, Chewey 11, Brandy and Caroline, all associate dogs who are raised under our direction and are all fine representatives of the Boykin breed and conform to the breed standards. About Us J & L Boykin Spaniels is owned and operated by Jan and Larry Hinchman who have been raising and breeding only Boykin Spaniels for nearly 25 years. "Jan and I have done our best to produce thefinest hunting and companion dog. We have worked to maintain the breed standard and to reduce health problems in the breed. These little brown dogs are very dear to us, and we do our best to place them in homes where they will have a long and full hunting life.
