Dear Tom & Missy,
Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the invitation
and let you know how much I enjoyed coming out to the field for
the training session with your two young dogs, Katie & Lucy.
I was totally impressed by the way the orange and white female,
I believe that is Katie, stood that solid on point. I was able
to walk all the way around her and take several pictures that
all turned out the same because she never moved. All I could
say was "NICE". I was just as impressed with Lucy,
solid on point, twelve o'clock tail. What really amazed me was
when the bird came up, the person you had shooting for you didn't
get a solid hit and the bird sailed into your neighbor's property
close to three hundred yards from where we were. Lucy retrieved
the bird to hand and you had said you weren't done force breaking
her to retrieve yet. Even a lab guy had to be impressed. Being
a trainer, I have had a couple clients over the years that had
setters that came from your kennel which were also great students.
I believe that 90% of how a dog turns out is in the breeding.
Over the years I have worked hard to develop a dog here at Southern
Jamm Retrievers with superior genetics that will please our clients
in every way. It is plain to see that you have done the same
at your kennel. Keep up the good work and send a client and dog
over any time.
